Verde Ecotex Recycling Limited

PS fibres

Overview
RPSF is a sustainable fibre made by converting PET flakes into textile-grade polyester fibre. It is one of the most widely used recycled materials, replacing virgin polyester and contributing to a circular economy in textiles.

Manufacturing Process
Flake Processing: High-quality PET flakes are melted and extruded.
Spinning & Drawing: The extruded polymer is spun into fibres, stretched for strength, and cut into staple lengths.
Finishing: Fibres are crimped, dried, and pressed into bales for commercial use.
