Central & State Pollution Control Board (CPCB & SPCB) Clearances – Our recycling facility is approved under applicable environmental norms for safe handling, processing, and conversion of plastic waste.
Consent to Establish & Consent to Operate – Obtained from the Jharkhand State Pollution Control Board, ensuring that our plant adheres to emission, effluent, and waste disposal guidelines.

Plastic Waste Management Rules Compliance
We strictly follow the Plastic Waste Management Rules, 2016 (amended 2022), which mandate responsible collection, segregation, and processing of plastic waste. Our focus remains on:
• Collection and scientific recycling of post-consumer PET bottles.
• Reducing landfill burden and marine waste leakage.
• Ensuring transparent and trackable waste management practices.

Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR)
In line with government directives, we actively partner with brand owners, producers, and importers to help them fulfill their Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) obligations. Through structured reverse logistics and collaborations with collection partners, we enable corporations to meet their recycling and sustainability targets.
