Hot washed PET flakes are the backbone of the polyester recycling industry. At Verde, we use advanced washing and separation technologies to transform discarded PET bottles into clean, high-quality flakes that can be reintroduced into the value chain.

Manufacturing Process
• Collection & Sorting: PET bottles are sourced from certified aggregators and informal waste collectors across India.
• Pre-Washing & Crushing: Bottles are de-capped, de-labeled, and shredded into small flakes.
• Hot Washing: Flakes are washed at controlled temperatures using food-safe detergents to eliminate glue, oil, and impurities.
• Drying & Quality Check: Moisture is removed and flakes undergo stringent quality testing for intrinsic viscosity (IV), color, contamination, and heavy metal content.

• Moisture Content: < 1%
