Company Overview

Verde Ecotex Recycling Limited was incorporated on 04h January 2019 for setting up Recycled Polyester Staple Fibre (RPSF) manufacturing unit in the industrial region of Jharkhand at Giridih. It is a closely held private limited company having two directors viz., Shri Sachin Bajoria and Shri Nikhil Goyal. The company already possesses land in the industrial belt of Giridih at Gadi Srirampur.

The Company have started RPS production from its existing unit at Giridh since February 2022 with 40 TPD capacity. Now, they have proposed for enhancement in its capacity by 20 TPD to overall production at 60 TPD in the same premises. They have existing land and infrastructure, hence, no land and development cost to be borne in the current request. There is proposed capex under plant shed extension and construction of storage areas besides various modification in production lines.

There is proposed capex under plant shed extension and construction of storage areas besides various modification in production lines. Fresh wash line and spinning line machines to be procured along with MFAs like ETP, WTP, Chiller, AHU, Elevator, Fork Lift, Mechanical items, etc., and electrical items like UPS, DG Set, etc., for the expansion project.
